Chef internship - we take in an aspiring young chef who is preparing to study culinary arts in six month increments. The internship consist of intensive training with diverse food preparation, presentation designs, and whatever else the chefs are willing to teach. Must be a high school graduate, have a passion for food and high tolerance for being in a high stress environment. Check our calendar for upcoming audition dates.
Dessert/Pastry Chef - Small pastries & bread expert. Knowledge of Asian pastries is a plus.
