At Ronin, anything goes.  Interesting menu, crazy sushi, street style foods and a little something for everyone.  It's our haven for creativity.  Some chefs are paid and some volunteer just for a chance to show off their best.  There's a basic "comfort menu" but beyond that, who know's what they're gonna serve!  That's where the name "Ronin" comes from...meaning a rogue samurai with no masters.  We have no shame here, please tell them if their food is terrible, but that doesn't happen very often.

(Our menu changes impulsively..depends on the mooods)

Here's the basics:

You can order ala carte sushi at the tables or at the sushi bar. You can also order Omakase(open sushi) at the tables.  Hey, whatever makes ya tick!  Special request for Thai food is also available.

Our fish is always fresh so don't worry about bad fish days.  We eat as much sushi as the customers, so it doesn't last long enough to go bad.  They won't happen here.

Our menu is reasonably priced. Good stuff for kids as well as adults.  Don't like Asian?  We have bacon & eggs.  All the time.

Our recipes are simple & straight forward and special requests are always welcome so don't be shy but don't be a pain in the buns You can walk around and talk to the chefs when they're not busy or just yell in the kitchen and give them a shout-out!  Sometimes the chefs will serve you, sometimes you will have an actual waitress.  Anything goes here!

Omakase...translation...TRUST

Sit down, don't order and the chefs just keep feeding you with their creations.

1.   Start with $30 and work your way up until you're full.

2.   Tell the chefs if you are level 1, 2, or 3 and what you dislike or have allergies to and give them a cap on what you would like to spend.

Level 1 (Rookie) - new to sushi & like rolls, not too many raw items

Level 2 (Explorer) - semi-pro, likes a combination of sushi & sashimi.  Curious for new items that are not too wierd.

Level 3 (Hard Core) - Willing to try anything no matter the price or species.(Hah! Beware!)

Thai food spice levels:  (Thai spicy, not Minnesota spicy)

1 - mild

2 - mild sting

3 - medium burn

4 - strong burn

5 - Insane - Don't even go there, there's no going back!
